ИконописI recently recieved an invite to Google+, and have since then been dabbling about in it, having a look, checking things out.
It is good. No wait, thats an understatement. It is very, very, very good. I would go so far as to state that it is awesome.
I think it looks VERY interesting.
And i think Facebook shall watch out. The “hard” thing for Google will be to get Mr. and Mrs. Thompson to change form their Facebook account to Google+.
What can get lot’s of users over there is if Google+ doesn’t have as much “spam” as Facebook.
Also the thing that Google let’s you decide safety issues more easy will make a big difference.
I hope to get in soon. And are very curious how it’s gonna work out for Google+. Looks like their done their homework though.

However, there are quite a few who are unhappy with Facebook at the moment. This is to Google’s advantage.
Spam is a non-issue at this point, there is none, at all. Safety issues are easily handled, plus you have control over all your data (it can be exported with a single click).
I believe they launched this at the perfect time. If this doesn’t work, nothing will. Plus, it’s still a beta product, we have no idea what the final product will be like.
